Elders club

For those who want to have their membership in Elders Club(Basic), the fee is free for those who are poor and cannot afford, and for those who can afford the membership fee, they would be charged a meager Rs.50 P.M or Rs.500 per year which is very reasonable. Elders Club (Basic) will meet every Sunday, Holyday and festival days in the Government, Private Schools, Colleges, Community Centers etc(Where the premises is available on free/on nominal rent basis) from 10A.M to 5 P.M.Minimum members 20 and maximum members 100 can allow in Elders Club (Basic)

Elders Club (Day Care

For those who want to have their membership in Elders Club(Day Care), the fee is free for those who are poor and cannot afford, and for those who can afford the membership fee, they would be charged a meager Rs.100 P.M or Rs.1000 per year which is very reasonable. Elders Club (Day Care) will meet every day from 9A.M to 5 P.M in Residential welfare associations Community Centers etc. (Where the premises is available on free/on nominal rent basis). Minimum members 100 and maximum members 200 can allow in Elders Club (Day care)

Any new group (minimum of 25 members having above 50 years aged persons) can form the “ELDERS CLUB (BASIC). In Elders Club (Basic) Every Member shall pay Rs-100/ as a Foundation donation. A general member shall pay Rs.100/-Per Annam, Couple Membership is Rs.150/per Annam, Life Membership is Rs.1000/, Elders Patron Membership (EPM-Poshakulu) is Rs.5000/, Elders Grand Patron Membership (EGPM-Raja poshakulu) is Rs.10, 000/, Elders Chief Patron Membership (ECPM-Maharaja poshakulu) is Rs.15,000/. Poor and needy people can join as voluntary members without any payment and voting right.

1. ELDERS CLUB (Basic): Minimum 25 paid members (From all paid Members categories) can start Elders Club (Basic) in the villages, Towns, Cities, Cosmopolitan Cities, Apartments, colonies, Gated Communities, offices, Organizations, Corporate, Institutions, Institutions, Companies and Communities or any other suitable places.

GENERAL BODY:

1. General Body of the Elders Club (Basic): All the paid members with voting right and invited members without voting right will be the General Body of the Club.

2. Elders Club (Basic) General Body members is eligible to attend by special invitation as a delegate in the “Elders Clubs International Foundation” and its International, National, State Chapters, District/Multiple District Governing Councils and other Elders Clubs Conventions, Seminars, Workshops, Cornwallis, Exhibitions, Meetings etc.

3. GOVERNING BODY: One Honorary President (Immediate past President),One President, One Vice President, One Second VicePresident, One General Secretary, One Joint Secretary, One Organizing Secretary, One Treasurer and E.C Members (From all paid members categories For each ten paid members one E.C member can elect/select, Maximum number of Executive members will be ten) is the Governing Body of the Elders Club (Basic).

4. TERM OF THE GOVERNING BODY: Governing Body may be either elected as per Constitution and By-laws or nominated by the Elders Clubs International Foundation International Board of Trustees (ECIFIBT). Elders Club (Basic) Governing Body shall be electing in the Biannual Election Convention as per the Foundation constitution and By-Law/Nominated by ECIFIBT. Elected Governing Body will serve for a term of Two years. Nominated Body will serve one year.

5. DUTIES OF GOVERNING BODY MEMBERS: As per ECIF Constitution and Bylaws

6. GOVERNING BODY MEETINGS: Elders Club (Basic) Governing Body shall meet whenever is necessary. Also shall meet every month First Sunday to discuss and review club activities, to conduct monthly program.

7. DELEGATE STATUS: Each Governing Body member of this Elders Club (Basic) shall be an Active Member in good standing of a chartered Elders club.

8. VOTING PRIVILEGES: Each Governing Body member of Elders Club (Basic) shall have one (1) Vote.

9. COMPENSATION: All those designated by the Elders Club (Basic) General Body Members and Governing Body members shall serve without compensation or remuneration, however, they may be reimbursed for certain expenses reasonably related to and incurred in the discharge of the certain duties (with the prior approval of Governing Body) of their offices, by the Club Governing Body in accordance with the Rules framed by “ECIFIBT”.
