MEMBER-AT-LARGE (Paid Member): A member of this Club, who shifted from Club area to another place, or because of health or other legitimate reason, unable to regularly attend Club meetings and desires to retain membership in this Club, upon such Member the board of executive members of this Club can confer this status. The status shall be reviewed for each six months by the Board of Executive of the club. A Member-at Large shall not be eligible to hold office or to vote but shall pay such dues as the local Club may charge, which dues shall include District, State, National and International dues. This membership category shall be included in the Club delegate formula calculation.
